On February 4, 2025, the 2025 Spring New Year Group Gathering was successfully held at the Ji’an Base. The meeting was chaired by Wang Xiaoqiang, Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors, bringing together group executives and heads of all bases and departments to jointly map out the blueprint for the year ahead. The agenda centered on three core objectives—“accelerating the IPO process, ensuring stable production while expanding sales, and launching new products”—and set forth specific requirements for key priorities throughout the year.

Focus on three major initiatives and strengthen six key safeguards.
During the meeting, the Chairman emphasized that in 2025, the Group will devote all its efforts to advancing three key priorities: first, accelerating the IPO process and speeding up its capitalization; second, ensuring stable order fulfillment and production for its two flagship products—sucralose and glycine; and third, ramping up mass production and sales of three new products—isomaltulose, sea‑extract, and curcumin.
To ensure the achievement of the set objectives, the Chairman outlined six safeguard measures: strengthening human resource development, optimizing financial management and control, rigorously managing costs and expenses, enhancing technical quality, improving headquarters-level governance, and refining work styles. He also emphasized that “middle- and senior-level managers must engage directly at the front lines to bolster execution capabilities and learning agility.”
Finance and the base unit are working in tandem to strengthen the foundations for development.
Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Chen Lijun, from a financial perspective, emphasized the need to efficiently complete all IPO‑related tasks, strengthen internal controls and data security, and refine the performance appraisal system.
Each production base has simultaneously identified its key annual priorities: the Ji’an base will focus on safety and environmental protection, as well as the mass production of sea‑extract; the Yujiang base will prioritize achieving capacity targets and optimizing product quality; the Golmud base will concentrate on advancing safety improvements and reducing energy consumption and resource use; while the Indonesian and Thai bases will prioritize ensuring the launch of new products such as curcumin and isomaltulose, along with supporting customer factory audits.
Interdepartmental collaboration, strategic implementation
The Sales Operations Headquarters is focusing on strengthening the Jakarta office and expanding participation in international trade shows while developing new customer relationships. The Finance Department will vigorously optimize the financing structure and reduce funding costs. The Procurement Department will prioritize deepening supplier partnerships and tightly managing price volatility for bulk raw materials. Meanwhile, the Science and Technology Innovation Center will accelerate process innovation for existing products and the commercialization of new R&D outcomes, while also driving upgrades to management practices. In addition, the Board Office will fully advance the IPO process and enhance team training.
Balancing internationalization strategies with a long-term mindset.
In his keynote address, Executive Director and Executive Vice President Wang Hao emphasized that the Group must anchor itself in a global footprint, uphold long-termism and supply-chain security, and maintain a spirit of proactive ambition while guarding against complacency. “Management personnel should proactively step outside their comfort zones, drive growth through continuous learning, and pursue both revenue expansion and cost efficiency in tandem,” Vice President Wang stated. He further noted that integrity and communication skills are core competencies for leaders, and that corporate reputation and team building are pivotal to sustainable development.
This conference not only set the course for the Group’s development through 2025 but also underscored the determination of the entire organization to unite, pool resources, and pursue pragmatic innovation. Guided by the strategy of “internationalization, technological advancement, and lean management,” the Group is embarking on a new journey of high-quality growth with a fresh outlook and bold strides.
