At this joyous moment of bidding farewell to the old year and welcoming the new, the annual company‑wide events of all subsidiaries under the Xinqian’an Group were held one after another. Through a coordinated, multi‑location format, these gatherings showcased the group’s unity and vitality, rekindling every employee’s anticipation and confidence for the year ahead and rallying powerful momentum as the group embarks on a new journey in 2025.

In Ji’an, the Xinqi Anji production base grandly hosted its annual gala under the theme “Hand in Hand, Building Dreams for the Future.” Hundreds of employees gathered to recognize outstanding performers and enjoy a festive banquet. The event also welcomed distinguished guests, including leaders from the Jinggangshan Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee and representatives of partner clients.

At the outset of the ceremony, Huang Donggen, Vice President of the Group and General Manager of the Ji’an Production Base; Zuo Yue, Executive Director of the Group, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, and General Manager of the Funds Management Department; and Long Liang, Deputy General Manager of the Group’s Sales Business Headquarters, each delivered enthusiastic addresses. The leaders reviewed the achievements of the Ji’an Production Base over the past year amid a complex and ever‑changing domestic and international environment, expressed gratitude for the hard work of all employees and the support and trust of our distinguished guests, and encouraged the new members of the Ji’an team to remain passionate, act with courage and determination, seize the momentum, and forge ahead in pursuit of the Group’s strategic objectives.

During the subsequent awards ceremony, the Group recognized outstanding individuals and units that made exceptional contributions in 2024, presenting numerous honors on the spot, including awards for Outstanding Teams, Outstanding Management Cadres, Outstanding Team Leaders, Outstanding Employees, and Outstanding Frontline Staff, thereby expressing gratitude for the support and dedication of these exemplary role models.

The event also featured a dazzling array of cultural performances and an interactive raffle, with employees enthusiastically taking part. Huang Laifang from the Production Department kicked off the annual gala with her heartfelt rendition of “As I Wish,” instantly igniting the audience’s enthusiasm. The subsequent choral numbers, dances, and other captivating acts were met with thunderous applause. The thrilling raffle brought the atmosphere to a fever pitch; exquisite prizes and lucky winners alike left everyone beaming with joy.

In Shenzhen, the team at Xinqian’an bid farewell to the past with a dazzling annual gala dinner, setting the stage for what lies ahead. Chairman of the Board Wang Xiaoqiang delivered an impassioned toast on the spot, as everyone raised their glasses in celebration, savoring the festive spirit and ushering in the New Year. A warm, harmonious atmosphere permeated the entire event, while impromptu performances and raffles added one thrilling highlight after another.

At the Golmud and Yujiang production bases, Xinqi’an employees have also organized a variety of vibrant year-end events in diverse formats, with coordinated celebrations across locations to mark the Spring Festival. As the Lunar New Year draws nearer, Xinqi’an’s production facilities in Indonesia and Thailand will likewise host grand year-end galas. Notably, during the Spring Festival period, Chairman of the Board Wang Xiaoqiang will personally travel to Thailand to join company staff in joyfully celebrating the holiday, embodying the Xinqi’an spirit of “putting the greater good before personal interests” through concrete actions, thereby greatly boosting the morale and sense of unity among frontline workers stationed overseas.

The old year has unfurled a thousand layers of splendor, and the new year sees us scaling yet another hundred feet. In 2024, every member of the Xinqian’an Group remained steadfast at their posts, forging ahead with fearless courage and unwavering conviction, reaping both growth and accolades.
