I. Warmly celebrate the successful conclusion of the Xinqian’an Group’s 2024 Annual Work Conference.
As the warm spring sunshine bathed the land, the New Qian’an Group’s 2024 Annual Work Conference concluded successfully. Held at the Group’s headquarters from February 6 to 7, the conference was themed “Safeguard Stability, Control Costs, Strengthen the Market, and Strive for the Company’s Healthy Development.”

On the morning of February 6, Conference Room No. 1 was packed to capacity. Representatives from all companies and departments gathered to hear the 2024 Business Plan and Budget Report. The report was thorough and data‑driven, laying a solid foundation for the year ahead. At 1:30 p.m., the meeting was chaired by Ms. Chen Lijun, with representatives from the Funds Management Department, the Finance Department, the Sales Operations Headquarters, and other units taking turns to discuss how to enhance operational efficiency and achieve sustainable corporate growth in the coming year. In addition, the meeting recognized outstanding performers and signed 2024 Performance Responsibility Agreements with the Sales Operations Headquarters, the Procurement Department, and each subsidiary, clearly defining the year’s objectives and responsibilities.

On the morning of February 7, the meeting continued. Focused on employee recruitment at Ji’an Company, Tibet Company, and Ansheng Company, as well as on matters related to the Finance Department and safety and environmental protection, separate thematic discussions were held in the Reception Room, Conference Room No. 2, and Conference Room No. 1. Leaders and colleagues actively participated, freely sharing their views and offering constructive suggestions for the company’s future development.
Finally, Mr. Wang Hao chaired the closing session of the conference. The Chairman delivered a key annual address, comprehensively reviewing the company’s achievements and lessons learned over the past year, while outlining plans and strategies for the year ahead. His remarks were imbued with confidence and vigor, charting a clear course for the future development of the Xinqian’an Group.
II. All subsidiaries have actively engaged in the new round of work, conducting spring recruitment drives despite the rain.


With the Spring Festival holiday now over, the subsidiaries of the Xinqian’an Group have swiftly resumed work for the new cycle. On the sixth day of the first lunar month, the Human Resources Department of the Ji’an Company organized a spring recruitment drive, mobilizing all employees. Despite the inclement weather, colleagues out in the field remained highly motivated, systematically setting up the venue to ensure the recruitment process ran smoothly. Though the light rain brought a slight chill, everyone’s faces were lit with enthusiasm and anticipation, as they eagerly worked to bring fresh talent into the company and invigorate the team. Meanwhile, the Tibet Company also launched its spring recruitment on the eighth day of the first lunar month, aiming to attract more outstanding professionals in the new year and jointly propel the company’s growth.

On the front of overseas operations, three senior colleagues from the Thai subsidiary—Yin Zhongxiu, Long Yufeng, and Tang Qiaowei—returned to the company as early as the seventh day of the Lunar New Year, while the management team at the Indonesian subsidiary all rejoined on the ninth day. Their actions exemplify a high degree of professionalism and sense of responsibility. We would also like to extend our special thanks to one family member—particularly Jiang Youwei, a colleague at the Thai subsidiary—who remained on duty throughout the Spring Festival period. Not only did he contribute to the company’s growth, but he also demonstrated an unwavering spirit of dedication and a strong sense of professional accountability.
III. All subsidiaries have fully resumed operations, ushering in a new wave of production activity.
As an important production base of the Group, Jian Company welcomed the resumption of work by maintenance personnel on the eighth day of the first lunar month. They completed equipment inspections and maintenance in the shortest possible time, ensuring the safety and stability of the production lines. On February 25, Jian Company’s factory fully resumed operations, and amid the roar of machinery, the new year’s production officially got underway.

With the roar of artillery and swirling smoke, the Ji’an factory has officially broken ground—blessings upon its launch!

Ansheng Company and Tibet Company were equally determined to stay ahead, with their factories fully resuming production on February 17 and February 25, respectively, demonstrating high operational efficiency and strong market competitiveness.

In the new year, each subsidiary will strive with renewed enthusiasm and a more pragmatic approach to achieve the New Qian’an Group’s goals for sustainable growth.
